Treasurer

The Treasurer serves the school district as the chief fiscal officer. The Treasurer is responsible for the receipt, safekeeping, and disbursement of the school district funds.

The Treasurer's office oversees the financial operations of the district, including a semi-monthly payroll for more than 230 full-time employees and 100 part-time employees, including non-teaching personnel. The district has an annual budget of more than $36 million. The Treasurer also acts as Secretary to the Board of Education and performs other duties as assigned by the Goshen Board of Education.

Goshen Local Schools has been honored with the Auditor of State Award with Distinction. The award is given to local governments and school districts that achieve a "clean" audit report, demonstrating accurate and transparent financial management.

Goshen named Frontline Influencer Winner

Goshen Local Schools was named a Frontline District Spotlight D&A Analytics Influencer Winner on March 21, 2025.

The award recognizes districts that used strategic and data-driven decision making in various applications. Frontline recognized Goshen's efforts to use its Comparative Analytics product to view up-to-date financial comparisons to ensure salary and compensation packages were fair and competitive.
